Built and scaled a property-maintenance SaaS marketplace from 0 → 1,900+ job requests and ~$11K revenue in 8 months. Focused on validating pricing loops, building a low-code MVP (Firebase + GCP + Xero), optimising onboarding, and launching automated workflows that improved quote-approval rates to 58%
