Why Now?

Starting a blog always feels a bit like opening a new chapter — one that’s equal parts excitement, vulnerability, and curiosity.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of building products and leading teams across startups, agencies, and tech companies. Each experience sharpened a different part of me — strategy, structure, storytelling — but collectively, they led to a realization: I wanted to build on my own terms.
